How to cancel your IpQuery.Info subscription

You can cancel from Account and Billing at any time. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you've paid for.

Before you start

  • Owner or admin role
  • A paid subscription

Cancel your IpQuery.Info plan. It stays fully active until the end of the period you've paid for.

In Account and Billing, select Cancel Subscription. The confirmation reminds you that you keep full access until the end of the billing period.

Select Yes. IpQuery.Info confirms your subscription is set to cancel at the end of the current billing period.

Steps

    In Account & Billing, select Cancel Subscription. The confirmation explains you keep full access until the period ends.

    Select Yes. Subscription cancellation confirms it.

ResultSubscription cancellation confirms access continues until the period ends. Billing then shows Cancels on and the end date, with Resume subscription if you change your mind.
