DPA
Data Processing Addendum
A Data Processing Addendum is available for customers that need UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or procurement documentation.
Processing roles
For account, billing, and website data, Yakware, Ltd. acts as controller. For customer-supplied API queries and analytics records processed on behalf of a customer, Yakware, Ltd. generally acts as processor.
Data categories
Account email, authentication metadata, billing metadata, API key identifiers, IP addresses processed for lookup, resolved geolocation/network attributes, optional tags, usage counts, and operational logs. Analytics records do not retain the queried IP address or API key secret.
Requesting the DPA
Email support@ipquery.info with your legal entity name, plan, and required contracting details. See also Subprocessors and Privacy Policy.
